Southampton manager Russell Martin was not too amused with a particular Saints fan coming to support his boyhood club. He articulated that he had a job to do and a game to win citing his professionalism over his political ideology as British Prime Minister Rishi Sunak was captured attending the game.

As Southampton defeated Plymouth 2-1, Martin appeared to have snubbed his opportunity to meet the country’s leader. Subsequently, the English manager gave a pretty blatant reply to one of the press questions: if the PM had come to the dressing room to see the team.
