Spanish Football chief calls out Javier Tebas over ‘irresponsible behavior’ in Vinicius Jr’s racial abuse incident

The Vinicius Junior racial abuse incident has shaken the entire football world. The latest to support the Brazilian over the issue is Spanish football Chief Luis Rubiales, who opened up after the incident of racism on Monday. The incident of racism took place when Real Madrid locked horns against Valencia in their away fixture on Sunday.
The Chief has heavily criticized La Liga President Javier Tebas for his condescending comments. The La Liga chief has said, pointing to the Brazilian forward about his education. The chief has said ‘ Vinicius Junior should educate himself before criticizing’
Spanish Football chief Luis Rubiales has heavily criticized the incident. The Chief of the football association called such remarks of Tebas ‘Irresponsible‘ when it comes to making it public. Rubiales has supported Vinicius Junior saying him to be ‘right’. While asking the player to ‘IGNORE the irresponsible behavior of Javier Tebas’, he says that they need to eradicate the problem of racism in Spain.
Vinicius Junior has received support from various Football stars and pundits. The Real Madrid administration has also lodged a formal complaint against the same incident of racism. The matter has been registered before the Spanish Public Prosecutor’s office asking him to take serious actions.
Real Madrid files a legal complaint before the public prosecutors regarding Vinicius Jr.’s racial abuse incident
The incident of racism against Vinicius Junior has received a massive response all across the world. In fact, Real Madrid has also filed a formal complaint before the Spanish Public Prosecutor in order to take action on the following issue.
Spain faces a major challenge when it comes to acting against the cause of racism. The law of Spain doesn’t penalize anyone directly for an act of racism. But it definitely does punish an individual for an act committed to promoting hate. Real Madrid has called such acts of racism committed as a hate crime.
Real Madrid has filed the matter under Article 124 of the Constitution of Spain. The Article makes it a duty of the public prosecutor to conduct and spread the ‘ pursuit of justice’ which is with regard to the rights of citizens.
Real Madrid claims it is the duty of the public prosecutor to provide complete justice to Vinicius Junior. In Fact Vinicius Junior has also demanded for ‘actions and punishments‘ to be taken against the perpetrators of crimes.
