Just months after signing a new deal, Kylian Mbappe may be leaving PSG because he wants to leave the Parc des Princes during the January transfer window. The decision by Mbappe to extend his PSG contract last season, after he had been so strongly connected with a transfer to Real Madrid, astonished the public.
His contract at Paris was about to expire, but he chose to extend it until 2025, even though it has now been established that the forward can really opt out of the agreement a year in advance.
Mbappe’s relationship with his colleagues in the French city has not been good this season; after an altercation with Neymar, the players had to be kept on the bench although the manager has rejected claims of a falling out. The World Cup winner and the team now appear to have a completely damaged relationship, according to rumours in Spain that he wants to leave.
The player has reportedly asked to leave when the January transfer market opens since the relationship between him and the club has entirely crumbled, according to Marca.
