Trent Alexander-Arnold has been dazzling on the pitch this season. He has taken it upon himself to be Liverpool’s creator-in-chief, with the most chances created by any Liverpool player this season. As the Reds had a big break between matches, the defender decided to spend time in Italy, showing off his fashion game.
He recently attended the Prada Fall/Winter menswear show in Milan, held in the Fondazione Prada. He wore a white turtleneck shirt and black pants. Along with that, he wore a black coat and black sunglasses as he entered the venue.
Prada was unveiling their 2024/25 Fall/Winter collection for men, designed by Miuccia Prada and Raf Simons. The theme of the fashion show was office wear, with many products being designed to keep in mind what people wear in the corporate world. Even the audience was made to sit on office chairs, staying true to their theme.
Apart from Alexander-Arnold, many actors and influencers attended the fashion show. Hollywood star Jake Gyllenhall and Brooklyn Peltz-Bekham, the son of Manchester United legend David Beckham, were also in attendance.
Fans praise Trent Alexander-Arnold for his style of clothing
After the video of Trent Alexander-Arnold entering the venue went viral, many fans commended his fashion sense. They said he dressed pretty well and were happy he was in their club. Some didn’t like the sunglasses he was wearing, with a user claiming “these shades ain’t it’’.
However, one decided to call out the hypocrisy of some Liverpool fans who claimed they loved him but wanted him gone the previous season due to poor form.
Check out some of the fans’ reactions:
Meanwhile, Liverpool last played against Fulham in the League Cup Semi-finals, which was played on 11th January. The team had a 10-day break and most players decided to spend their time off. Only Mohamed Salah and Wataru Endo, who are on national duty, are out playing.
Now the Reds will play on 21st January against Bournemouth in the Vitality Stadium. Despite being at the top of the league, they face challenges from Manchester City, Aston Villa, Arsenal and Tottenham Hotspur. In the last week of January, they will play two more games, with the League Cup return fixture and their FA Cup 4th round match.
