By scoring this goal, Jesus ended a 197 day goalless streak. It could not have come at a worse time for Liverpool fans.

On the other hand, Liverpool has a relatively easy run of fixtures as they face SL Benfica at Anfield on April 14 but they then again face off against Manchester City on April 16, 2022, in the FA Cup semi-finals.
