Chelsea vs Real Madrid: Preview and History
Last year Chelsea faced Real Madrid away to tie with Los Merengues at Alfredo di Stefano Stadium winning 3-1 on aggregate. The Blues will face a change this time around as they will be playing at the Bernabeu for the first time in their history and at the same time, to turn around a 3-1 aggregate.
Only Ajax has been able to beat Real Madrid at home in the knockout stage of the Champions League, beating them 4-1 in the second leg to progress through the quarterfinals in the 2018-19.
Though Real Madrid has been prolific at home this season, Chelsea proves to be in a complicated situation as Real has found it difficult to beat Chelsea in the past those occasions being, Super Cup 1988, pre-season friendly 2013, and at Champions League semi-finals last season. Though the Los Blancos have turned it the other way round beating Chelsea 3-1 at Stamford Bridge, it will be intresting to see how they perform at their home on Tuesday.

Chelsea vs Real Madrid: Prediction
Chelsea made sure that they are not under any sort of pressure as they thrashed Premier League opponents 6-0 on Saturday. However, Real Madrid does have better odds to outperform there opponents. Therefore, it’s up to The Blues to come up with a plan to beat their opponents in their own backyard.
Looking at what it appears, keeping in mind the previous performances and individual stats, a 1-1 draw at Santiago Bernabeu can be expected with Real Madrid winning 4-2 on aggregate.
