The Gunners were looking overwhelmed by the victory and the fact that their team has a 100% winning record in the first 5 matches of the Premier League, the fans burst out firecrackers outside the stadium and sang the Arsenal chants.

The fans seem to enjoy the victory, very much, to an extent of bursting. Many believe this season that the Gunners could be a league-winning contender or most probably even win it. With great signings and a coach like Mikel Arteta on their side, this shall not look unachievable.

Arsenal’s 100% winning record: Title contenders or Title pretenders?

Arsenal's Gabriel Jesus

The Premier League season has seen usual contenders to have fallen short of their natural standards and after many years the Gunners seem to be doing the exact opposite. The Gunners with Gabriel Jesus of Manchester City have redeemed themselves from the forbidden.

The new signings such as Jesus, Oleksandr Zinchenko, Fabio Vieira, Marquinhos, and Matt Turner the Gunners are set to take off. The young trio of Bukayo Saka, Eddie Nketiah and Gabriel Martinelli are looking promising in their games and style of play that translates into fine goals and assists.

With a winning record though one must not get overconfident and as Arteta said, they must focus on their game with Manchester United and fight with their full potential. Players on the Gunners’ side this season are something to be very scared of.
