Cristiano Ronaldo is out on tour with Al Nassr. The Saudi Club is in Japan for their pre-season tour after playing friendlies in Portugal. On Monday, Cristiano was seen speaking Japanese fluently ahead of their matches in Japan.

In a video now viral on the internet, Cristiano was seen giving an interview in Japan. The Portuguese striker was all smiles as he chatted along. He proceeded to speak some Japanese at the end of the interview and bowed his head.

Arigatou,” said a happy Ronaldo. This means “thank you” in Japanese. Ronaldo was thanking the Japanese media and the people for having him in their country. The bowing of his head symbolized the same. Many were left amazed by the Portuguese’s fluency in a foreign tongue.

Al Nassr are set to play the French Champions PSG and Champions League finalists Inter Milan in their tour of Japan. The Saudi Club would look to improve its performance after they were beaten 5-0 by Celta Vigo and 4-1 by Benfica in their friendlies in Portugal.

AL Nassr is currently on tour in Japan. In Japan, the Saudi club will face two great teams- French champions PSG and Champions League finalists Inter Milan. Cristiano Ronaldo has spoken out about their upcoming matches.

“We are so happy to be here, Al-Nassr’s first time in Japan. We have two good games to play, and we are excited.” These were Ronaldo’s words. His young Al Nassr squad is in good spirits despite recent losses and is eager to play in Japan. Ronaldo also stated that he believes that the Japanese people are highly passionate about football and Ronaldo is happy to play in front of them.

Ronaldo also said he is eager to win silverware with his new club. The Portuguese highlighted the changes in personnel at the club and stated he is aiming to win with the Saudi outfit. Al Nassr finished second in the league last year and hopes to better that finish this season.
