This Sunday during the match between Leeds United and Newcastle United a pitch invader created a scene on the grounds of Elland Road. It was just before the full time when both the clubs were tied at 2-2 a supporter fit to be tied furiously ran towards Eddie Howe the manager of Newcastle.

The angry supporter from the Leeds side came furiously towards Howe and said him something. The manager still figuring out the words, the supporter pushed him and went running.

The assistant manager of Magpies Jason Tindall then chased the supporter and threw him away from the sidelines. The frustrated supporter was soon caught by the security and was cast away from the stadium.

Speaking to the reporters Howe said “For me, I’ve never experienced that before. So I was looking in the opposite direction and he ran on and shouted something at me that I won’t repeat.”

He further said, “It was over in a flash but it was the last thing you expect at that moment and it’s alarming for football really because we can’t have that. The safety of everyone, coaching staff, players, is of paramount importance.”

After the match, the club made an inquiry and imposed a lifetime ban on the supporter. The club reported, “Leeds United confirms that following an incident at our Premier League match against Newcastle United today, an arrest has been made and a lifetime ban has also been issued.”

Both the teams tried their best to win the match but in the end, squared off the number. The opening blow was given by Luke Ayling in the seventh minute which put Leeds in front. A crucial penalty was missed by Leeds which would have made the score 3-2.

Two penalties were given to Newcastle and Callum Wilson scored in both of them. Kristensen helped Leeds from losing and scored a banger goal from outside to level up the score to 2-2.
