The story of the breakup between Shakira and FC Barcelona player Gerard Pique goes on. The 35-year-old center back was allegedly discovered listening to his ex-song partner’s in his car after exiting a training session, according to Marca.
The renowned couple called their quits on their 12-year marriage last month after the Spanish centre back was suspected of having an extramarital affair. The story takes another turn, though.
A brief video showing Pique leaving the Barcelona training facility while hearing Shakira’s track “Inevitable” was uploaded by a TikTok user going by the handle of @carmonaa.23. Since then, the video has gained a lot of attention on the social networking site, with more than 4.5 million views and close to 250,000 likes.
Pique was seen in the footage sitting in his car while admirers sought to get a sight of him. You may view it below:

Pique and Shakira to get back?
The pair has recently been the subject of several rumors. The aforementioned source claims that Pique stopped his connection with the woman that caused his breakup with Shakira. Meanwhile, the Colombian music diva is reportedly going through a challenging time as well. Alejandro Sanz, a close friend, and her family are presently providing for her.
Recent sources claim that the Barcelona defender sought Shakira after breaking up with the unidentified woman. For the sake of their two children, Milan and Sasha, the couple is attempting to reach an agreement.
In order to concentrate on the next season with Barcelona, Gerard Pique will want to leave his personal issues behind him. Football Espana reports that the 35-year-old has been working out alone while he recovers from the injury he sustained at the end of the last campaign.
Next season, Gerard Pique will have more competition. Andreas Christensen, a defender from Denmark, has been signed by the Blaugrana on a free transfer.
