WATCH: “We’ll see you in June”- Manchester United fans tease Harry Kane with mocking slogans during PL clash against Tottenham
The Manchester club's supporters are enjoying their visit in North London as their team runs rampant on the pitch.
Manchester United fans seem to be making the most of their time in the Tottenham Hotspur stadium, singing about signing the club’s star player. The Red Devils took an early lead in the match and dictated the state of play since. The Manchester club limited the North London outfit to simply counter-attacks after their first goal.
The 20-time Premier League champions’ fans chanted, “We’ll see you in June, Harry Kane” after each of the Englishman’s touches on the night. Harry Kane has been rumoured to leave his club over the last 10 years for a more successful club. The Red Devils are one of the teams with which the Englishman has been linked, and the supporters have made their feelings clear about the signing.
Manchester United’s visit to North London seems to be going better than their last visit, where they lost 3-2 to Arsenal in stoppage time. The club are leading 2-0 at the Tottenham Hotspur stadium going in at halftime, and the hosts seem to have failed in learning their lessons from their recent demolition at St. James’ Park.

Ex Tottenham player claims Manchester United move not right for Harry Kane
Former Tottenham midfielder, Jermaine Jenas has claimed that Manchester United might not be the correct decision for Harry Kane. Jenas spent eight years at the London club, and managed to score 26 goals in 202 appearances for the Lilywhites. The Englishman has spoken out on Harry Kane’s potential transfer, directing the player to continue in North London.
Jenas proclaimed, “I think that with his love for the club and the ability for Tottenham to pay him what he wants anyway. Because they do have the ability to pay their best players as they’ve shown in the past.” The Englishman continued, “If those are only his only two options, I only see him staying at Spurs.”
The English striker has spent the past ten years at Tottenham. Jenas believes that the player should not consider Manchester as a destination, but agrees that if Real Madrid came calling, Kane should move in an instant. The England captain’s contract is set to expire in 2024, and as of such, no concrete contract talks have transpired, leading to even more intense specualtion over Kane’s future at Tottenham
