Manchester United under Erik ten Hag participated in a preseason training session on Monday while on preseason tour in Bangkok.
The squad allowed media access, and BBC’s Simon Stone offered an amazing film that demonstrates how strict United will be. Ten Hag employed smaller nets to build up a short “attack vs. defense” game for the 10,000 spectators.
Every time a goal was given up, the 52-year-old instructed the players to drop to the ground and perform press-ups for him, according to Laurie Whitwell of The Athletic. They all succeeded, and the cheers of the crowd increased as they saw how committed their squad was to the cause.

“I used to do something like this in school,” a guy remarked.
“This is next level compared to Ole and Ralf,” another said.
Tuesday’s match between United and fierce rival Liverpool is their first match before traveling to Australia to play Melbourne Victory, Crystal Palace, and Aston Villa.
While negotiations for agreements involving Frenkie de Jong and Lisandro Martinez continue, Tyrell Malacia is still United’s sole acquisition during the current transfer window.
Due to his heart episode at Euro 2020, Christian Eriksen has informally committed to a three-year contract and is undergoing’stringent’ medical exams.
Six members of the first team left at the end of the last campaign, therefore ten Hag is currently managing a significantly smaller team than planned.
