Sergio Ramos made 39 appearances for Sevilla before moving to the Spanish capital early in his career. Yesterday, he made his return to the Santiago Bernabeu. Jude Bellingham also scored a goal for the visitors in the second half. However, this goal was disallowed as well, pointing to an Antonio Rudiger foul in the counterattack.

Subsequently, Sevilla opened the scoring, halfway into the second half. A ball into the danger area tumbled off of a Real Madrid defender. The ball escaped Kepa’s reach before falling into the back of the net.

Subsequently, Real was back on level terms, just 4 minutes later. Dani Carvajal’s leaping header bear Ørjan Nyland and flew into the back of the net. The draw meant that Atletico Madrid are now in touching distance of their city rivals. They have 22 points with a game in hand.
