Ballon d'Or winner and Real Madrid star Luka Modric recently wrote down feelings for his friend Casemiro after him leaving the team for Manchester United. He began with the beautiful addressal 'Dear Case' and said, "Dear Case, I still remember your debut with our club... How nervous you were! I asked you to be calm and now I think about it and see how it turned out. What you have achieved! It was also my first season and neither of us could imagine what football had in store for us."
Modric also praised Casemiro for being a true leader and that Real Madrid would never forget him for all that he had done. He said, “You have become a true leader. You have been for your teammates and for Real Madrid. We will always remember it.“
He also didn’t forget to appreciate the moments they had together and all the success and failure they endured in their journey.
