In a video that has recently gone viral, a young Manchester United fan shared his opinion about Alejandro Garnacho. The 19-year-old Argentine has made quite the name for himself at Old Trafford. The #17 however, is yet to register a goal or assist for the club this season. In a pitchside interview, a Reporter engaged with a young fan. She asked the boy his opinion about Garnacho.

The brutally honest reply given by the young fan has gone viral on social media. “Alejandro Garnacho, what’d you think of him?” asked the woman. In a blunt response, the kid replied, “I don’t really like him.” In a fit of laughter, the reporter pulled out a Manchester United jersey from her jacket. Moreover, she told the fan that the players had chosen to gift the fan a jersey.

The fans and reporter were all smiles when she handed over a Garnacho #17 jersey to the fan. The boy received the Jersey without hesitation. The fans in proximity were also giggling at the funny incident. It was only weeks earlier that Old Trafford sang “Viva Garnacho” in the stands. Erik ten Hag also commented that fans, players, and staff alike ‘love’ Garnacho.

Manchester United defender says David Beckham reached out after own goal vs. Scotland

Harry Maguire had kind words for David Beckham ahead of the clash vs Australia. The England and Manchester United defender was ‘crucified’ for an error leading to an own goal against Scotland. In the previous Intentional Break, the 30-year-old saw the ball tumble into his own net after an unfortunate deflection. He also received abuse on social media following the error.

The player’s mother previously shared that David Beckham had reached out to her son. Speaking ahead of the game vs Australia, Maguire confirmed the same. He said that Beckham got in touch with him and that he appreciated his gesture. “It meant everything“, said the player. Moreover, Maguire claimed that Beckham was a role model to him growing up.

His reaching out showed how “Classy he is,” said Maguire. Additionally, Beckham also reminded Maguire of the wonderful career he’s had to date. “It was touching,” said the United defender. Subsequently, the player opts to not follow social media and news, in an effort to ‘block out’ the noise. England face Australia and England in the International break.
