This move follows the recent easement of travel and transit for foreign commuters. The country recently revealed the abolition of the ‘Red Risk Classification,’ which means that all foreign visitors no longer need to go through hotel quarantine. Travelers from countries on the red list, such as India, were previously advised to follow a one-day quarantine.

- Fans must show an authorized negative Rapid Antigen Test (RAT) result obtained no further than 24 hours before departure time or an approved negative COVID-19 PCR test result obtained no more than 48 hours before the time of departure.
- Children under the age of six are free from having to take a COVID-19 test before traveling to Qatar.
- Regardless of their vaccination status, country of origin, or other factors, fans are exempt from quarantine.

- According to Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health’s guidelines, anyone who tests positive for COVID-19 while visiting the country must isolate themselves.
- Following arrival in Qatar, visitors won’t be required to take the COVID-19 test.
- If you are in a hospital or traveling by public transportation, a mask is required.

Additionally, followers must download and set up the Ehteraz app on their mobile devices. You need to have a green status to enter any closed-off public area. In public hospitals, everyone can get free emergency and urgent care if they have a Hayya Card. However, it is advised that visitors to Qatar have travel insurance that includes healthcare coverage.
All FIFA World Cup Qatar 2022 ticketholders must have a Hayya Card. On game days during the world championship, it will offer free public transportation as well as access to stadiums. International supporters will also be able to enter Qatar using the Hayya Card.
