Quickest penalty ever: Madagascar goalkeeper concedes spot kick after just 4 seconds!

Goalkeepers tend to make errors in football matches. Sometimes they just give the ball away only to make a spectacular save and at times they just come off their line and just miss the ball completely and take the forward out of the game.

Life of a being a goalkeeper is a tough one. It takes just one mistake for a goalkeeper to go from hero to zero. But on other days he will just not let the ball pass and will always put his body on the line to make sure his team.

Today we take a look at one such goalkeeping error from the Tanzania vs Madagascar match in the African World Cup Qualifiers at the Benjamin Mkapa National Stadium in Dar-es-Salaam Tanzania.

Tanzania put a long ball forward right from the kickoff with their forward Mbwana Samatta chasing the ball but Madagascar Razakanirina Rakotohasimbola who just had eyes for the ball and was aiming to clear his lines by punching it out of harms way clashed into him while jumping and as result taking the Tanzanian forward down. The keeper was lucky not to receive any booking from the referee for his reckless challenge.

Tanzanian defender Erasto Nyoni converted from the spot giving his side the lead.

It was all happening in the first half with home side doubling their lead only to see Njiva Rakotoharimalala and Thomas Fontaine levelling the match. It was Faisal Salum who scored the winner in 52nd minute of the game taking all three points for his side.

Tanzania are top of Group J with four points after two games, while Madagascar are last and are yet to register any points in the 2022 World Cup qualifying campaign.

Tackles such as these are always dangerous and can cause career ending injuries.
