“This is not the priority”- Kylian Mbappe dismisses transfer talk, commits his focus to the pitch
PSG starlet Kylian Mbappe was recently crowned the 2021 player of the year by Glove Soccer ceremony which was held in Dubai earlier this week. Kylian Mbappe will be a free agent from 1st January and will be open to offers and can also sign a pre-contract with a club. However the striker says that it is not the right time to talk about all that.
“Joining Real Madrid at the end of the season? Now is not the time to talk about that. We are in the most important part of the seasons and will face Real Madrid. The only thing I have in my mind right now is beating Real Madrid in February and March.” Kylian Mbappe said.
Where will Mbappe play come summer is yet to known however any agreement is likely to take place after the knockout tie between the two clubs. However the forward has respected and has tried to maintain a professional and a positive relationship with the French club and will continue to do so. The move to Real Madrid looks eminent but anything can happen in the world of football.
Can Kylian Mbappe lead PSG to Champions League glory this season ?
PSG signed some amazing players this summer with Lionel Messi being the frontrunner of those fantastic signings. Paris Saint Germain has one of the best squads in Europe and has been one of the top favourites to win the Champions League this season. However it is Carlo Ancelotti’s Real Madrid who they face in the round of 16 of Champions League.
It will be a cracker of a tie over the two legs with former players like Sergio Ramos and Angel Di Maria returning to Santiago Bernabeau and Lionel Messi returning to Spain for the first time after his move to PSG from Barcelona back in August.
