The Premier League's young talents in top clubs make it even more exciting.

If they are good enough, Premier League clubs are known for fielding youngsters onto the top stage. From Wayne Rooney to Bukayo Saka, the modern era has seen some excellent academy talent rise through the ranks and perform in the most physical league in the world.
In the recent calculations by Opta Analyst, the youngest average squads fielded by clubs have been released. Topping the charts is a club famous for Cobham, Chelsea. They are closely followed by Vincent Kompany’s Burnley, who gained a recent Premier League promotion but have yet to find their form.
As the season unfolds, the title race has gotten more interesting with every passing matchday. With Arsenal reclaiming the top spot, it will surely be interesting to see if they will finally be able to lift the crown or bottle it again like last year and have either Manchester City or Liverpool win it again.
Top 10 youngest starting elevens in the Premier League
Brentford (26 years 376 days)
Placed 12th in the league, Brentford have struggled for form recently. They have won just one of their last five games, and even though they are fielding the tenth youngest squad in the league, it looks like they need some experience on their side.
Ethan Nwaneri is among the top young talents at the club at just 16; he has been impressive.
Manchester United (26 years 315 days)
Manchester United have been a famous club for their academy and often fielding squads filled with homegrown talents.
From the class of 92 to the current skills of Marcus Rashford and Alejandro Garnacho, the United academy has always been at the forefront of producing great young talents. Manchester United are seventh in the league, having won just 2 of their last five games.
Manchester City (26 years 246 days)
Coming eighth on the list is Manchester City, who have recently done a great business selling young academy talent all over Europe. Phil Foden, Erling Haaland, and Julian Alvarez are just a few big names.
Recently, two youngsters from the academy scored in the Champions League match against Red Star Belgrade in Micah Hamilton and Oscar Bobb. Most recently, academy star boy Rico Lewis also got his first Premier League goal against Crystal Palace.
Nottingham Forest (26 years and 166 days)
Placed 17th in the league, Nottingham Forest have appointed a new manager in Nuno Espirito Santo.
The Garibaldi are seventh on this list. With a young squad trying to survive in the Premier League, youngsters like Anthony Elanga and Andrey Santos are vital additions to the Nottingham Forest squad.
Sheffield United (26 years and 154 days)
Placed last in the league, Sheffield United‘s young squad are in the relegation battle of this Premier League season.
They have shown signs of improvement despite winning just one of their last five games. They have a key player in James McAtee from Manchester City’s academy who has been impressive.
Bournemouth (25 years 126 days)
At 14th in the league and fifth on this list is Andoni Iraola’s Bournemouth. The Cherries have been in-form and firing lately.
Bournemouth have won four of their last five games with vital young players in Max Aarons and Justin Kluivert, showcasing a good run of form.
Tottenham Hotspur (25 years 13 days)
Ange Postecoglou‘s Spurs have been appreciated for their great counterattack and ball control throughout the season. However, the team has been going through a rough patch in the last five games, where they have only managed to win two.
With youngsters like Ryan Sessegnon, Oliver Skipp, and Dejan Kulusevski, Tottenham Hotspur have been vital, settling comfortably without Harry Kane.
Arsenal (25 years 13 days)
Mikel Arteta‘s philosophy of promoting young talent has been serving to be fruitful to him ever since last season.
After massively depending on Bukayo Saka and Emile Smith-Rowe, Arsenal are currently on the top of the league. This season’s vital young players include Kai Havertz, Declan Rice and William Saliba.

Vincent Kompany’s Burnley have showcased great tactical play in the Premier League but have struggled for consistency and for form.
With players like James Trafford and CJ Egan Riley, additions from his former club, Manchester City, Burnley sits 19th in the league, trying to win a hard relegation battle.

Cobham’s academy has been famous for producing young talents in the Chelsea playing eleven. The Blues are currently 10th in the league and have won two of their last five games.
With key young additions after going through a complete revamp of the squad, Chelsea are first on the list of the highest average with the most youthful squad. Some crucial names include Cole Palmer, Mykhailo Mudryk, and Levi Colwill.
