Mark Noble has always been under the radar when it comes to players who have made the most impact for their team in the Premier League. The Englishman has been a key member of the West Ham United team for more than a decade.

3. Steven Gerrard – 32 goals

Steven Gerrard is one of the most legendary players in English football. The former England international won numerous titles for Liverpool during his time at the club and was the club’s captain for most part of his stellar career.

2. Frank Lampard – 43 goals

1. Alan Shearer – 56 goals

Alan Shearer has been one of the best strikers England has ever produced. Shearer played a huge part in helping underdogs Blackburn Rovers win the Premier League in the 1990s before earning a famous move to Newcastle United where he became a fan favourite.

Shearer is considered as Premier League’s greatest ever player as he has scored the most goals in the competition’s history with 260 goals to his name. He was a legendary striker who helped Newcastle United to compete with the other top teams.

Shearer scored 56 penalties out of the 62 he took and comes 1st in the all time list of most penalties scored by a player in the competition’s history.
