Twitter mourns as Gary Stevens’ 4 year old kid passes away after a long battle with one of the most deadly diseases

Gary Steven the former English footballer who spent a considerable amount of time with the English club Everton faces one of the most heartbreaking moments of his life.

Gary Stevens’ the 58 year old defender has a total of three sons Oliver, Josh and Jack. His youngest son, Jack was diagnosed with one of the most rare form of blood cancer, Juvenile Myelomonocytic Leukaemia.

Jack was only four years old as he continued his fight with the most deadly disease but unfortunately couldn’t be helped much as he succumbed to the illness which left his family shattered and devasted.

Jack underwent a stem cell transplant which bought some positive hopes for the family as everything was going right. The stem cells to Jack was provided to him by his elder brother Oliver which got engrafted as it enabled the youngsters body to produce some new white blood cells.

Jack responded well to two rounds of Chemotherapy for which the transplant procedure was bought much forward and his five round cycle plan was negated as he got discharged and lived with his mother.

Everton suddenly posted a news in the morning saying, “Everyone at Everton is deeply saddened to learn that Gary Stevens’ four-year-old son, Jack, has passed away following his courageous battle with leukaemia.

“Our thoughts are with Gary and his family at this incredibly sad time.”
