Sporting Braga were narrowly beaten in their first continental game of the season against Red Star Belgrade. Midtjylland scored the first thanks to a 3rd minute strike from Gustav Isaksen but were pegged back by Ludogorets in the 32nd minute after Kiril Despodov scored from a rebound from close range. Both the teams will be looking for their first win in this season’s Europa League group stage to have a decent chance of qualifying for the knockout round.
