Several fans were expecting Manchester United’s new manager Ruben Amorim to force the arrival of star striker Viktor Gyokeres. While at Sporting, the Swedish marksman put on a show for Amorim’s side and still continues to do so. However, as Amorim takes charge of United during the International break, former Red Devils forward Louis Saha has ordered the manager to go after Victor Osimhen instead.
Besides Victor Osimhen, Saha also named Real Madrid starlet Arda Guler as someone who can help Amorim turn things around. The 19-year-old’s current situation at Madrid is pitiful, as he has been rather ‘neglected’ by head coach Carlo Ancelotti. United are presently in 13th in the League and need a change of fortune in the near future.
"If you look at the stats, Man Utd should go after Victor Osimhen over Viktor Gyokeres…

Pictures of Amorim with midfield gem Kobbie Mainoo have hit the internet, with fans claiming that he will define an era under the Portuguese.
Has Ruben Amorim already made his first mistake at United?
Not even four days have passed since Ruben Amorim took charge of United. However, it appears that the former Sporting CP boss had already made his first ‘mistake’. Following Erik ten Hag‘s sacking after the 2-1 loss to West Ham United, the club appointed Ruud van Nistelrooy as the interim manager.
The Dutchman single-handedly managed to stun fans as he led United to three wins and a draw, not losing a single game in the process. Furthermore, the club scored 11 goals in the process, while only conceding three. Looking back at his stint at the club, some supporters even called for him to take charge of United permanently.

Recently, former United star Louis Saha shared his take on the same.
Amorim’s first game in charge will be a trip away to Portman Road against Ipswich Town following the International break.
