He is ChatGPT of the NBA, bro… You can ask him anything, he knows. He know the coaches, assistants, the player development… It took me a month to get used to him saying X1, X2, X3… Most athletes way better than you, give you one pointer, if you can’t do it, give it to me… Bron will give you the learning curve.

The former Cleveland Cavaliers star recalled how initially, it was difficult for him to comprehend what LeBron James was trying to convey. Then, as time passed, he realized that his teammate was intelligent beyond imagination.

I’m like, are you telling me you’re abandoning the gameplan that our coach just gave us? He’s like ‘Yeah.’… I have seen them call the play, and that man grab the board, and then Ty Lue be like ‘mmmm, I see. Let’s see it.’
Iman Shumpert revealed
The now ESPN analyst pointed out that the now NBA’s all-time leading scorer would change those plans as he was not willing to allow his body to be bruised early in the playoffs.

He wanted to conserve it for later, and for that purpose, he would change the schemes, even though the coach’s plan had worked well in the regular season. That was LeBron James’ way of thinking two steps ahead of everyone else.
