There has been a lot of debate and speculation regarding the contract of Drew McIntyre with the WWE. Despite being involved in major feuds and even winning the World Heavyweight Championship at WrestleMania XL, it was unclear whether the superstar would stick with the company after this year. It was recently announced that the 38-year-old had renewed his contract and thanked Triple H for it.

Drew McIntyre recently made a post on X saying that he trusted Triple H when he brought him back to the WWE in 2017. Furthermore, he still trusts the King of Kings to lead the evolution of the industry. The post was accompanied by a photo of the two superstars shaking hands.

The former WWE Champion was reported unsatisfied with his treatment at the company after his loss at Survivor: Series WarGames. His contract was set to expire in late May, and it was rumored he would be leaving the WWE. However, the company was finally able to agree with the Scottish Warrior. The Rock recently announced on social media that Drew McIntyre had re-signed with the WWE.

Bubba Ray Dudley praises the leadership of Triple H

Bubba Ray Dudley recently talked about Triple H taking over the WWE on his Busted Open Radio podcast. The Dudley Boyz appeared on the latest episode of SmackDown to announce picks for the WWE Draft 2024. The ECW legend said that he could not even put into words how different WWE felt since the leadership change.

The former TNA World Heavyweight Champion added that without the presence of certain people backstage, the black cloud and eggshells had completely disappeared. Furthermore, it was apparent that Paul Levesque’s WWE was much more laid back than before. There was a lot less stress and much more fun to be had.

Bubba Ray Dudley added that he felt more team effort than there had ever been before. Everybody seemed to be on the same page, and there was much less politicking. He was highly optimistic about the company’s future direction with The Game at its helm.
