Mick Schumacher
Mick Schumacher the Haas Formula1 driver has recently given his verdict on the 2022 Formula1 cars and believes that there are not many significant differences.
It has been stated in racingnews365 that Schumacher has downplayed the significance of the new regulations and believes the most successful drivers during the 2022 season are going to be those who would be able to understand the new cars as quickly as possible.

Mick Schumacher had his first taste of the new car during Barcelona testing and after the session, he was asked to give his opinion on the difficulty level of the new car. As a response, the young driver said “I wouldn’t call it night and day.”
“We still go in circles and quick! I think overall, without going too much into detail, we have to readapt.”
Mick Schumacher believes the increased weight of cars has brought changes behind the wheel

Mick has emphasized the fact that it is going to be very crucial during 2022 to adapt at a brisk pace as it would help in getting an advantage over the other drivers and also feels the task would get tougher and tougher during the season as new problems and issues will pop up because of the new regulations.
“We have to analyze things differently and probably approach things differently.”

“There will be different concerns compared to last year, and it’s just about a matter of being one of the quicker drivers to analyze them and understand them so that you, in the end, have the tools you need to survive the race the right way.”
The German driver has also given his view on the additional weight that the cars are carrying this year and believes that it has led to a noticeable change behind the wheel.
“I think that the main thing is the weight.”
“Obviously, that plays a role in nearly every corner – mostly low-speed corners, though. But, overall, I do enjoy driving these cars. I think the initial thought is positive.”

Mick Schumacher has liked the car for the 2022 Formula1 season and is feeling optimistic about Haas’s chances of doing a better season than last year.
