Bahrain GP 2022: Where and When to Watch, TV Channel details for Formula 1 season opener

Bahrain GP
The 2022 season of F1 is finally here! After witnessing six days of pre-season action, split between two rounds of pre-season testing, we can’t wait to see some wheel-to-wheel action in Bahrain this weekend.
The Bahrain GP will also mark the start of Max Verstappen’s title defense, as the new regulations will mark the beginning of a new era of F1. New cars with one of the biggest regulation changes in nearly forty years of sports, will possibly bring the new challengers on the track, possibly making the season as exciting as last year’s.
Lewis Hamilton has an impeccable record on the track, having won it five teams in his career. However, Max Verstappen, who was on pole last year, wouldn’t be giving up the highest podium easily.
When, where, and how to watch the 2021 Bahrain GP?

The first race of the 2022 season, Bahrain GP, will follow the usual three-day calendar. It will have three practice sessions, followed by the qualifying and then the much-awaited GP.
Event | Date |
Practice 1 | 18-03-2022 |
Practice 2 | 18-03-2022 |
Practice 3 | 19-03-2022 |
Qualifying | 19-03-2022 |
Race | 20-03-2022 |
Before the race, teams will be looking to make the final and stable improvements to their cars, and try them in the practice sessions. Thus practice will be crucial in the opening race, providing the teams last chance at experimenting.
The race will be broadcasted internationally by F1 and its broadcasting sponsors. There isn’t one single universal broadcaster but regional broadcasters. The closest option to a universal option is that of F1TV PRO. To find out your country’s broadcasting details, here is the official list from F1.
