Since Francis Ngannou departed from the UFC, Dana White has consistently downplayed Ngannou’s new ventures in boxing. Despite White’s dismissive attitude, Ngannou has made it clear that he isn’t bothered by the UFC boss’ opinions. However, this time, Ngannou is ready to counter all White’s claims directly and set the record straight.

Dana White was recently asked about Ngannou allegedly making more money in boxing than in his UFC days. White discredited those claims and stated that the reports were fake and that the model didn’t work. In response to White’s claims, Ngannou has now agreed to show the receipt in order to prove his recent boxing success.

If this continues, if he wants I can bring up all the numbers. I have all the numbers. I have all the receipts…I don’t like to bring numbers up, but if I need to I will.

According to various reports, for the Tyson Fury boxing bout, Francis Ngannou took home a whopping $10 million. On top of that, he was paid $20 million for the Anthony Joshua fight. The UFC boss has also claimed that Ngannou was offered more money to fight Jon Jones than his boxing bouts. However, the Cameroonian-French has repeatedly refuted those claims.

Ngannou has criticized White, accusing him of lacking credibility and manipulating the narrative to suit his own agenda. Ngannou, who is set to make his debut in the PFL, has also drawn criticism from the UFC boss. Dana White mocked the founder of the PFL for reportedly spending over $20 million on Ngannou’s upcoming fight. 

UFC champion discredits Francis Ngannou’s opposition as one of the best heavyweights in the world 

Francis Ngannou‘s PFL debut is set for December 23rd against Renan Ferreira in the PFL Super Fight division. This marks Ngannou’s return to MMA after a nearly two-year hiatus following his UFC departure. Ferreira, a towering 6’8″ Brazilian, presents a significant challenge for the former UFC heavyweight champion.

Ngannou, known for his devastating knockout power, aims to make a statement in his first fight under the PFL banner. While MMA fans are excited to see Ngannou back, UFC interim heavyweight champion Tom Aspinall isn’t that impressed. Aspinall has claimed that Ngannou is not fighting quality opponents outside of UFC. 

The guy he’s fighting, he’s not elite and the guys he’ll be fighting in the future aren’t elite and it’s as simple as that. These aren’t the best guys in the world…I’m not disrespecting him. That’s just my honest opinion. The elite guys are not in PFL, the elite guys are in the UFC

Tom Aspinall rose to prominence in the UFC after Francis Ngannou’s departure. Both fighters share incredible similarities regarding knockout power and ground game. While Aspinall might miss out on the opportunity to fight Jon Jones, fans hope to watch Aspinall vs. Ngannou if the UFC will allow it.
