Garena Free Fire is one of top tier battle royale game in the gaming market right now. The game has witnessed massive growth throughout the world after its release in 2017. So much so that it stands with one of the largest player bases in the world. We take a look at the Free Fire Clash Squad Mode and how to play it.

The game has several game modes that players can choose to play. The two core game modes are BR (Battle Royale) and CS (Clash Squad).

Free Fire Clash Squad Mode

Free Fire Clash Squad is a round based 4V4 game mode. This mode divides players into two sides- Warbringers and Howlers. The mode features 7 rounds and the team which wins 4 rounds emerges victorious.

The Ranked Clash Squad is also a very popular mode that players play to increase their ranks. Moreover this also gives the players rewards. The mode features two maps- Bermuda and Kalahari. However the maps are portioned into smaller parts for the maps in Clash Squad. The recent Ranked season, offers the player the Golden P90 upon reaching Gold.

Unlike BR, players don’t have to collect loot. Instead players can buy weapons, armor, utilities and more before the start of the game. This phase is important and requires the player to plan their advance into the later stages.

How to play Clash Squad

  1. Players can open the Free Fire app and click on the mode selection on the top right side of the home page.
  2. Players need to select the Clash Squad or Clash Squad Ranked mode from the available modes.
  3. Then players can click on the start button on the bottom right to start the match.
