Free Fire is one of the most popular battle royale games in the market right now. The game is a classic survival shooter BR and is very popular in India. The latest update that hit the live servers is called Operation Chrono. This update comes with collaboration with the famous Juventus football star, Cristiano Ronaldo. This news made the fans very excited about the event and what’s to come next in the game. In this article we discuss about Free Fire The Chosen One game mode that recently launched.

The update comes with a ton of new features in the game. These updates range from events, to new characters and weapons, skins and even new game modes. These new feature are there to stay or are for a limited period of time. We take a look at the game-mode that is temporary and is the latest mode added to the game.

Free Fire The Chosen One game mode

This game mode came live on 19th December 2020. But the event is soon to end at 26th December, 2020 at 4 AM IST.

The game mode features a team death-match style of game-play. Teams need to accumulate 40 points to win. The team that reaches the point threshold first earns the BOOYAH! Each kill is worth 1 point. During the game, one player from each team will be chosen at random to have a duel. If the player manages to win the duel, the team of the winning player gets double points for every kill after that for 30 seconds.

If no team reaches the needed threshold of points, the match goes into sudden death. This change occurs after the 6 minute 30 seconds point in the match.

Players will receive a Weapon Royale Voucher by playing a single match. But the player needs to claim the reward manually in the event section.

How to claim the Voucher

After playing the game mode players need to follow the steps to get the voucher:

  1. Click on the event option and then on Operation Chrono 19/12 icon.
  2. Select the Play The Chosen One and click on the claim button.

You will obtain the game-mode rewards in your inventory.
