Free Fire is known for its extensive list of characters which possess unique abilities. These characters have unique personalities and feel very different to play. Chrono and Shirou are two very recently released characters in Free Fire. However, they are very different from each in terms of abilities and personalities. We compare the two characters down below for the ranked mode.

Chrono

Chrono was released in Free Fire back in December 2020 and has become one of the most popular. The Ronaldo-based character is a extra-terrestrial bounty hunter. Moreover, the origin of this character was the collaboration between Free Fire and Cristiano Ronaldo. The character uses a vey potent ability called “Time Turner”.

This ability creates a blue force-field around the character. Moreover this blocks a total of 600 damage from enemies. Allies within the forcefield get a move-speed boost of 15% at max level. Likewise, the player gets a movement speed boost of 30%.

Shirou

Shirou was released with the recent OB26 Cobra Update and is the latest character to be released. This character is described as “the fastest delivery guy around” in the in-game description. Likewise, his in-game ability is called ‘Damage Delivered’.

This ability is a scouting and damage ability combined into one. This ability marks the first enemy that hits the player for 8 seconds. Moreover, the first shot fired against the marked enemy deals an additional 100% armor penetration.

Both the characters have potent abilities for ranked. However on closer inspection, we can clearly determine which one is superior. Therefore, we compare Chrono vs Shirou for ranked:

Shirou’s ability is a great scouting as well as damaging ability.
