Gautam Gambhir slams media for always trying to find ‘masala’ by agreeing with Virat Kohli’s views
Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir commented on how the media and fans were unhappy the two buried the hatchet.

Virat Kohli and Gautam Gambhir have been involved in multiple heated exchanges in the IPL. According to many, the two had a very cold relationship but they reconciled recently during the 2024 IPL. The two met up during a match between Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) and Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and hugged it out.
Recently Kohli stated how fans were unhappy with him making up with Gautam Gambhir. He joked that the fans wanted some “masala” and booed him after he hugged it out with Naveen-ul-Haq and Gambhir.

Gambhir had the same thought, adding that them hugging out made the media mad. He stated how the media just wanted TRP and followings. Gambhir added that the media has no idea how his and Kohli’s relationship is and they can’t interfere in it.
