The addition of a third Grand Prix in the United States last week seems to have divided the F1 community. Las Vegas GP was the latest addition to the F1 calendar, which was given the nod ahead of some iconic options in the form of German GP. The last time fans witnessed a race at Nurburgring was back in 2020, and only two races have been held there in the past nine seasons.
Haas driver, Mick Schumacher made his point very clear when he gave his thoughts on the return of German GP. The son of seven time F1 champion, Mick believes that Germany still continues to remain F1’s biggest client, and also has the broadcast viewership. Hence, he wants the authorities to consider adding back the venue on the calendar. Moreover, Mick Schumacher added that he seeks to perform his part in bringing back his home race, through his inspired performances on track.
“In some ways, Germany is still the biggest client of F1, and [has] the broadest viewership, so I think it would be good for Germany to decide that there should be a Grand Prix. Personally, I just try to do my best and hopefully that will bring people’s attention [in Germany] back to F1!,” said Schumacher, as quoted by RacingNews365.
He’s very mature: Schumacher gives his opinion on teammate, Kevin Magnussen

With the current geo-political scenario, Kevin Magnussen was roped in as Nikita Mazepin’s replacement at Haas this season. With the addition of the experienced Dane, Haas have taken a huge step forward, as Magnussen has already collected 12 points so far.
Popularly known as ‘K-Mag,’ the veteran driver finished a solid P5 in Bahrain, backing it up with a P9 finish in Jeddah. Mick Schumacher also put on an impressive display in Bahrain, just finishing outside the points in P11. His high intensity crash in the qualifying at Jeddah meant that he could not race on Sunday. Mick Schumacher gave insights into his relationship with Kevin Magnussen, whom he thinks has a very mature approach.
“We’ve been in constant exchange. He’s very mature, and that’s something I would say for myself as well, so I think that that side really works well together. Hopefully, we’ll be able to give the right feedback to move forwards and essentially make the team faster,” said Schumacher.
the duo of Mick Schumacher and Kevin Magnussen could be the one to take Haas into the midfield battle this season. The experience of the latter, and the pure talent of the German is what Haas were craving for in the last season, when they failed to score a single point.
