Julianna Pena was supposed to face Holly Holm next in a three-round event, but Holm pulled out from the fight due to an injury, and this news broke out minutes after co-main event of UFC 259, between Amanda Nunes and Megan Anderson.

With Holms out Pena turned her attention to women’s bantamweight champion Amanda Nunes, and the idea of this fight happening doesn’t seems too bad to Dana White either he said, “Julianna Pena has been texting all of us all night. She’s been busy tonight. Yeah, we could do that.”

After the event Pena revealed that Holm is out and posted this from her Twitter account.

And later she revealed that she wants to fight Amanda Nunes via Twitter post and wrote, “I want to fight (Amanda Nunes). Get rid of 145 it’s dead. Fight me Amanda!”

“Julianna can fight Germaine de Randamie again,” says Amanda Nunes

When asked about whether she wants to fight Pena or not Nunes said, “Holly is off, so (Julianna) can fight Germaine de Randamie again. I feel like she has to get in the mix again, but we’ll see. … I’m a champ, you know. I’m never going to turn down a fight.”

Amanda Nunes has been nothing but dominant inside the octagon, many believes she is the greatest women athlete of all time and she has proved this from time to time, she handles her opponent with such ease that it doesn’t even look like a competition.

We are yet to see someone challenge her like Valentina Shevchenko did.
