PSG shot-stopper Gianluigi Donnarumma’s agent Enzo Raiola hinted at the Italian’s possible exit out of the French capital city, following recent injury. The 25-year-old’s contract negotiations with the Ligue 1 giants are currently at a standstill, as he looks for options abroad.

Gianluigi Donnarumma recently suffered a horrific injury, during PSG’s match against Monaco. He brutally collided with Wilfred Singo, leaving him with multiple facial lacerations requiring stitches. He was immediately called off the pitch, and was replaced by Matvey Safonov.

Donnarumma’s contract situation at PSG and his recent injury, set to keep him out of action for the next few weeks, has left him increasingly frustrated. The 2021 Euro star has a contract until 2026, but might cut short his stay at the club.

Speaking to Radio Sportiva, his agent, Enzo Raiola confirmed that his future at PSG remains uncertain. Moreover, he added that the contract extension talks with the French club are on standby. He also did not rule out a return to the Serie A in the future, having spent time at AC Milan.

His future at PSG? We are in a stage of reflection. We’ll see, anything can happen. Negotiations for a new contract are currently on hold. A return to Serie A? In football, you should never say ‘never.’

Donnarumma’s absence surely gives Safonov a chance to consolidate his place in the starting XI. Meanwhile, for the Italian keeper, several clubs will be keeping tabs on him, following his agent’s recent admission. Bayern Munich, FC Barcelona and Manchester City will surely be interested.

PSG reportedly make contact with Victor Osimhen’s agents, ahead of January transfer window

PSG have emerged favorites to acquire the services of talented center-forward Victor Osimhen, during the upcoming January winter transfer window. The 25-year-old is currently playing at Turkish SL side Galatasaray, but hopes to make his return to top tier European football.

The Nigerian might be on a move next month, with PSG having reportedly made contact with his agents. However, his transfer would require negotiation between PSG, Galatasaray, and his parent club Napoli. He is seen as a potential successor to Kylian Mbappe, at the Parisian club. The 25-year-old forward had moved to Turkey, after being frozen out of Napoli’s first team by manager Antonio Conte.

Apart from PSG, EPL giants Arsenal and Chelsea might also revive their interest in signing Victor Osimhen, in case he remains available during the next transfer window. The Nigerian has scored nine goals and provided four assists in just 14 matches for Galatasaray this season.
