WWE Bad Blood witnessed an intense faceoff between Goldberg and Gunther. The Ring General delivered some personal shots against the Hall of Famer that led to a brawl at the show. Weeks after the event, the WCW icon has finally broken his silence on his wild confrontation with the World Champion.
Speaking on CarCast, the former Universal Champion said that it felt terrible when Gunther took a shot at his family. With hot blood, he warned the latter not to take any personal dig at him in the future. Goldberg told the World Heavyweight Champion to be extra careful whenever he utters anything about him.
Moreover, it was quite an open warning by the WWE Hall of Famer to the Austrian superstar. These statements have added fuel to the already heated animosity between the two. Amid the reports of the 57-year-old being planned for Crown Jewel, it has become even more intriguing to see how things will transpire between him and the Imperium leader.

"I should have known somebody was going to try and mess with me. In Atlanta, no less. We were having a great time. Gunther, I don't want to make anything more of it than it was, but [groans]. You know me, I'm not going to sit… pic.twitter.com/icx4iyQvGP
Also, there are chances that WWE might plan this hot feud around Royal Rumble. The former WCW superstar has been looking for a retirement match in the company for a long time. Therefore, this rivalry could work as a perfect send-off to the legend in the months to come.
Jim Ross talked about the backstage fight between Goldberg and Chris Jericho
Goldberg has always been known as a ruthless beast in the ring. However, he once got surprisingly bashed by Chris Jericho in a real-life backstage fight. Recently, Jim Ross talked about this wild encounter in his podcast.
Speaking on Grilling JR Podcast, the legendary commentator said that Jericho apparently had a sleeper hold on the WCW icon when he walked backstage. He revealed that Y2J was not willing to let go of that hold as Goldberg was turning blue. Ross claimed that the two stars were confronted by management later and were asked to talk their problems out.
It was revealed that the WWE Hall of Famer did not want to work with the now-AEW star once in 1998. When Goldberg made his switch to WWE in 2003, his real-life beef Jericho once again got triggered, which led to the infamous backstage incident.
