Bryson DeChambeau with his strong build is famous for blasting the golf ball down the green. The American golfer switched allegiance earlier in the from the PGA Tour to the more cash-attractive Saudi PIF-backed LIV Golf Circuit.
LIV Golf after its event in Chicago has a little break until the tour breaks new grounds in Thailand and Saudi Arabia. Making the most of this little gap in the schedule, DeChambeau is ready to take part in the Professional Long Drivers Association World Championships in Mesquite.

Bryson DeChambeau loves a good ‘Long-Drive’
Bryson participated in the same competition a little while a year ago where he showed his driving prowess in front of the crowd. He shot the ball 412-yards in the Nevada Desert. Dechambeau was sitting at the No. 7 spot then and aided the U.S. towards the Ryder Cup victory.
A year down the line and currently ranked No. 46, DeChambeau is again looking to showcase his ability in the state of Arizona. The New York Times wrote an article – “How Bryson DeChambeau Saved Long Drive Golf”. This shows that Bryson definitely has what it takes to blast a shot down the valley.
Kyle Berkshire, who is the defending champion of the competition stated – “He saved us, that’s for sure.” Berkshire further in his conversation with the times said – “Back when I was in college, everyone thought the long drive guys were the clowns of the golf world. That whole perception is changing.”
