In the realm of golf, completing the hole in fewer shots is said to be good. Making a hole-in-one is considered a great feat. As the name suggests, hole-in-one is said to happen after a golfer hits the ball directly into the hole from the tee. Golfing sensation Paige Spiranac did this in one of her recent videos. However, fans started calling it “fake“. She has now hit back at this criticism.

Spiranac is no stranger to trolls and mean comments. The 30-year-old social media influencer has found herself in hot waters on several occasions for her hot takes and choice of clothes. She recently shut down a bully on social media who attacked her. This time though she found herself under criticism after she shared a video of her making an ace.

In a video shared on her YouTube channel, the American international was seen taking part in the hole-in-one challenge. She would later upload a dramatic shot of her effort on her X account.

The fans though did not find it to be real and claimed it was “edited“. This led to her hitting back at her doubters. She claimed that no one in the golfing world would ever take this step and try to wrongfully claim to make a hole-in-one.

Paige Spiranac claims no golfer would ever fake a hole-in-one

There is always something special to see golfers make a hole-in-one or an ace. It showcases their ability to conquer a hole with just one swing of the club. Recently, Lucas Glover dropped an impressive ace at the Hero World Challenge. While Paige Spiranac does not compete in tournaments, she recently shared that she made an ace too. After being called out for it, she said that no golfer would ever fake a hole-in-one.

In golf, making an ace is considered an honor and golfers take pride in doing it. Pointing out this Spiranac claimed that the reactions to it are genuine and it was something they would never “risk“.

But jokes aside anyone in the golf industry knows our careers would be over if we ever faked a hole in one video. No one would ever be dumb enough to risk that. We take pride in showing genuine reactions. The good and bad.

Following this, she was also trolled on running style. The internet sensation is likely to not take these comments seriously. The fans on the other hand had their say in it. Was the video edited? Did Spiranac cheat? It is up for debate for the golfing community.
