Paige Spiranac is an American YouTube golf instructor with over 260,000 subscribers and 3.3 million instagram followers. Spiranac has played division 1 golf, and has won honours over the 2012–13 and 2013–14 season. Spiranac is not scared to make her Instagram presence known, as she is often seen posting fiery photos on the social media platform.

Recently, in her Instagram Q and A, Spiranac was asked “What was the turning point for you when social media become what you owned instead of feared?”  This question pertained to the risky clothes she wore and the photos that she posts. Spiranac said that she was able to detach herself from any hateful commentary, and channel her inner “Paige Renee” for her Instagram followers.

“I really struggled with the negative comments at first but then I realized that they don’t know me, the true, real me. They just know this persona, this character that I play, and so, I was able to detach myself from the negative comments and really just have so much fun with it,” said Spiranac on her Instagram story.

Paige Spiranac said that the version of her that fans see on her Instagram is the most fun, confident and sexy version of herself. “And when I say this character that I play, I always try to be very authentic and genuine, but this is just one facet of my personality. So this ‘Paige Renee’ character is the most fun, sexy, confident version of myself and that’s what I like to put out on social media,” said Spiranac.

Recently however, Spiranac made a light hearted change in her life- she changed her hairstyle. The beautiful photo of herself of course garnered quite the praise of her fans and following.
