“Yelling at him…” The REAL reason why Bryson DeChambeau’s caddie left him, revealed after Brooks Koepka’s infamous eye roll
Bryson DeChambeau and caddie Tim Tucker split recently, and the real reason why was disclosed because of Brooks Koepka's eye roll.
Bryson DeChambeau, Tim Tucker
Bryson DeChambeau’s shaky relationship with his caddy Tim Tucker has recently come into the limelight. Needless to say it has caused quite the sparks, and people are not happy about it. DeChambeau and Tucker split up and went on a break from each other after things turned sour. This is the second time they have split since they started working with each other.
When they split up however, very few words were said about why they did so. Now, new information has been released, which has made it all clear. Ian Rapoport broke the news with a juicy scoop straight from the course. It also seemed to connect DeChambeau’s feud with Koepka, which has now been solved.
DeChambeau’s agent explained to the media, “DeChambeau and Tucker] have gone their separate ways for now. That doesn’t mean forever, but it means they are not working together now. They met last night and decided to move on. It’s just an accumulation of things, and it’s never easy when a player and caddie split up. They just decided the best situation for now was essentially to not be together anymore.”

Brooks Koepka’s eye roll leads to real revelation about Bryson DeChambeau’s behaviour with his caddie Tim Tucker
It seems that thing have gone quite wrong between the pair, and the reason for it was revealed soon after. The same thing happened in 2017, where Tucker split up for a year before returning once again. The reason for them splitting this time however, was that DeChambeau verbally abused him during one of the practice rounds on the PGA Tour.
Shocking and unexpected, it came as a surprise to many. “I have heard that DeChambeau and his caddie have long been at odds. DeChambeau, I would say, the way he has dealt with his caddie was not something that others on the Tour really appreciated, just honestly,” said Rapoport.
He chained it all the way back to Brooks Koepka rolling his eyes at Bryson DeChambeau. This managed to cause a huge feud between them. “Remember the viral clip of Koepka kinda rolling his eyes? As [DeChambeau] walked by, he kinda had to stop the interview.” Koepka could perhaps not bear to see the way DeChambeau was talking to Tucker.
“That was, from what I understand, according to a source, that was because DeChambeau was yelling at his caddie, and Koepka had to listen to it, and he didn’t like it. So that’s why he stopped the interview.” Since then however, the two have made up. They recently even went on the say that their fight was squashed now.
