Concerns regarding his health emerged in Round one as well as he complained of some back pain. At the final hole, Woods would hit a brutal shank and finished the day with a score of 1-over 72. After the event, he opened up about suffering from back spams at the final few holes, leading to questions regarding his fitness.
When was the last time Tiger Woods completed an official PGA tour event?
Ever since his horrific accident in 2021, Tiger Woods has struggled with his health physically. Following this, Woods has limited his time on the golf greens.
His withdrawal from the 2024 Genesis Invitational makes it the second straight official PGA Tour event where had to take his leave. This has left many wondering when was the last time Woods completed an official PGA Tour event?

The last time Woods played all 72 holes on the PGA Tour circuit was exactly a year ago at the 2023 Genesis Invitational. In this event, he was paired up with Rory McIlroy and Justin Thomas and finished tied for 45th spot while being 2-over for the event.
Only time will now tell when will Woods play the full 72 holes of a PGA Tour event. With the Players Championship lining up next month, he would be eager to get back to full fitness and compete in that signature event from the TPC Sawgrass before preparing for the Masters in April.
