Erica Herman in a recent lawsuit filing stated that she was never sexually harassed by golf GOAT Tiger Woods or any of his agents for that matter. The lawsuit was dropped along with Herman’s NDA appeal against him. 

Despite being in several relationships, Woods and Herman’s relationship was one of the most private yet messiest ones. Unlike his relationship with Lindsey Vonn, or divorce case with Elin Nordegren, his breakup with Herman in 2022 shook the internet.

She filed several lawsuits against the legendary golfer, one involving $30 million in December 2022 where she sued Jupiter Island Irrevocable Trust. Herman alleged that Woods tricked her into kicking her out of his mansion, violating an oral agreement for another five years of stay.

Back in May, she claimed that Woods tried to pursue a sexual relationship with Herman while she was waitressing in Woods Florida cafe. She was apparently threatened to sign the NDA, as her attorney Benjamin Hobas stated that “a boss imposing different work conditions” is not a sexual relationship but rather “sexual harassment.”

She also filed an appeal to nullify the NDA signed in 2017. Unfortunately, the judge did not rule in favor of Erica Herman but rather asked them to settle this behind the curtains. Apparently, one can appeal for NDA removal if sexual assault is related.

In the case of Woods and Herman, the latter failed to gather enough proof for the judge to consider her case. Circuit Judge Elizabeth Metzger said that due to a lack of “factual specificity”, her allegations were “vague and threadbare.”

In the latest filing, Florida’s District Court stated that Erica Herman claimed she was “never a victim of sexual harassment or abuse” during her relationship with Tiger Woods. The duo publicized their relationship back in 2017 and broke up last year in 2022. 

Unlike how Woods has been public about his relationship details, the duo’s romantic life was tightly kept private. Herman could be seen cheering on Woods in several tournaments, but the couple was rarely seen together on an outing other than the 2022 US Open, where they went to support Serena Williams.

Back in 2018, one of Tiger Woods’ friends said that “no one has signed any paperwork” and that “Tiger likes her.” Despite these claims, their breakup was far from being peaceful.

Back during the lawsuit case, Woods’ attorneys called out Erica Herman for making “salacious and insidious implications.” He noted that despite her enjoying “the benefits of her agreement” for more than 6+ years she filed a lawsuit under false pretense.

Erica Herman was also warned by Tiger Woods ex-Rachel Uchitel on the implications of going into a lawsuit battle with the GOAT. On the other hand, his ex-wife Nordegren stated that she couldn’t care less of what transpires in Woods’ life as long as their child is not being dragged into messy battles.

The lawsuit may face another challenge or it may indicate a closure of Woods and Herman’s approximately 5 years long relationship. Fans are speculating on what and how Herman’s life will change and if it’ll affect the golfer in his private and professional life.
