Tiger Woods’ ex-girlfriend Erica Herman demands nullifying of signed NDA over sexual harassment claim
Tiger Woods' ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has demanded that the NDA she signed needs to be nullified over a sexual harassment allegation.

Tiger Woods has found himself in a bit of hot water just recently. His ex-girlfriend Erica Herman has gone to court, demanding that the non-disclosure agreement that she signed should be nullified. Herman is citing a law that states that NDAs can be nullified if there is a proven case of sexual harassment or sexual assault.
Herman is now trying to legally nullify the NDA that she was made to sign in August 2017. This was at the time when Woods and Herman has just started dating. Herman is adamant that the NDA should not be enforced since she was made to sign it at a time where she was facing sexual harassment. The Speak Out act put into place safeguards victims under such specific conditions.
There are however, no mentioned details of the sexual harassment in the legal documents. The documents state that Herman and Tiger Woods’ relationship was both personal and professional. As of now she is “currently unsure what other information about her own life she may discuss or with whom.”

Neither Herman nor Woods have made any further comments as of now. Herman was first seen with Tiger Woods all the way back in 2017 at the Presidents Cup in New Jersey. Herman was seen wearing a badge that was specifically for girlfriends or wives, and this solidified the fact that the two were in a relationship.
The couple has been tightly knit and have kept their lives very private. However, Herman was often always seen on the golf course supporting Woods. The couple was rarely seen out together other than for non golf events. “No one has signed any paperwork,” a friend of Woods said about the couple’s relationship. However, the couple just split as recently as Wednesday, when the news came to light.
Erica accused Woods of tricking her into leaving the house on the the premise of going on a ‘short vacation’. However, things were very different as she found herself locked out of the house amidst the split. This shocking information comes from documents submitted in court. Their court battle which had been kept severely under wraps now seems to be unravelling.
“Tiger doesn’t like to be alone,” the friend said. “But he doesn’t like to settle. Not anymore. So when he’s with someone, he really needs to be into her.” Prior to this relationship, Woods has also been married to Erin Nordegren for over 6 years. He was also in a relationship Lindsey Vonn. Neither of these relationships went well, and now the third one also seems to be falling apart.
