Tiger Woods ex-Rachel Uchitel once revealed ‘I was bullied’ while recalling NDA fight with GOAT, states her life took major turn after court chaos

Tiger Woods is pretty well known for his messy breakups and love stories, other than his golfing greats. While there are only a few that he had a clean breakup, his messy love life sure causes uproar on social media from time to time. The latest being Woods and Erica Herman’s court case.
Herman filed a $30 million lawsuit after getting locked out of his house, according to reports. Following a few showups in court, the judge advised them to solve this within closed doors given the NDA sign. During the court fights, one of Woods’ ex-partners advised Herman to be careful in her decision as she’s “up against a machine.”
Rachel Uchitel recalls her breakup with Tiger Woods and how it affected and changed her life in a negative way. She said that she lost all her confidence and image after the NDA fight and even lost the amount of money promised by Woods and his lawyers.
During her NDA sign, Uchitel was promised $5 million along with $1 million for three years. But following their breakup, she only received $2 million and the rest is history. She called out Woods’ team’s aggressive approach stating, “If you get a job, I’ll come after your wages…I will come after you for the rest of your life.”

While Tiger Woods’ lawyer team was deemed overpowering, Rachel Uchitel admitted that she felt betrayed by her own team also. She stated that her lawyers were also getting a big chunk of Woods’ payment as she said, “Ultimately, like I was bullied.”

Given her experience with NDA, she warned Erica Herman to be careful in her actions. Although it may seem to be late for the advice. Herman’s appeal to the court was dismissed as the judge stated that her claim was “vague and threadbare”. The Florida judge declared that she should resolve the issues behind closed doors considering her sign on NDA papers.
According to reports, Woods changed his door locks soon after kicking Erica Herman out of the house. She also claimed to have been sexually harrassed by the golf GOAT although no validation was given in the situation.
Considering, Uchitel’s experience with Woods’ lawyers, she told Herman, “She’s up against a machine, she’s up against Goliath. I’ve been through this. I spent many years fighting this, but who knows if she’s in right or the wrong.”
Uchitel first met Woods at Derek Jeter’s house. Apparently, she found him in the guestroom resting. Jeter on the other hand, has steered clear of any chaos ensuing from Tiger Woods’ love life and has refused to comment on any events. One of Woods’ clean breakups may have been with Lindsey Vonn, as both decided to remain friends.
Regardless of past relationships and court cases, fans are more interested in knowing the details of Herman’s NDA file. Whether she once again goes to court or has it already been resolved behind closed doors, remains to be seen.
