NFL superstars Tom Brady and Josh Allen engage in friendly banter
At the Pebble Beach Pro-Am, there wasn’t just golf to watch – there was also some good-natured teasing between football greats Tom Brady and Josh Allen. These two pros from the gridiron world laughed comparing their golf skills right after they finished playing on February 1.

Caught on video was Brady’s surprise at Allen’s handic*p of nine. “Nine? You’re 27 years old!” said Brady. With a quick grin, Allen shot back, “You’re retired.” Not missing a beat, Brady came back with “I’m 46. I need more strokes.” It’s this fun banter that makes the Pro-Am special, showing fans a friendly side of competition.
Brady has a golf handicap of eight and teamed up with Keegan Bradley, while Allen is not far behind with his handicap of nine, playing alongside Keith Mitchell. Their playful trash talk was heard all around Pebble Beach’s lush courses. More than aiming for the lowest score, these NFL players showed everyone that the tournament is also about having a good time and making friends in unexpected places.
