“He’s got way too much club”: Watch John Daly’s insane antics as he hits a ball over an Ohio Highway

John Daly
John Daly is quite well known for his flamboyant personality and somewhat crazy antics on and off the golf course. He is often known for some of his other actions other than winning two Major titles. He was recently known for his insane cigarettes, coke and M&Ms diet at the PGA Tour. But this is not the first time Daly has done something insane.
This time was no different as Daly surprisingly made a man’s dream come true. Matt Considine, who grew up in Ohio, often spent time staring out of a third-story window while attending Archbishop Hoban High School thinking about his view of a perfect golf shot according to Golf Week. He always wanted to see a ball hit from the school across Interstate 76 onto the school’s football field.

Considine’s dream did come true recently, as John Daly decided that it would be a good idea to hit a golf ball over the highway. So, barefooted John Daly, in town this week for the Bridgestone Senior Players Championship, hit the shot over Interstate 76 and onto the football field.
“He’s got way too much club, no more than a 9 iron to the first goal post and 3 iron to the second,” Considine tweeted. “All downhill with a crosswind that trends to help a draw.” However, this obviously is not a safe thing to do, and Ohio Department of Transportation spokesman Matt Bruning cautioned other about trying out the same antics as Daly.
