Before starting the money grind, make sure you have these items purchased for the character:

CEO Office, Vehicle Warehouse, Special Cargo Warehouse, Terrorbyte.

Money Grind:

Step 1: Go to the LS Customs in North Vinewood.

Step 2: Find a good car to sell in the neighbourhood and sell it at the Los Santos Customs. (+$7000)

Step 3: Do the headhunter VIP Work. (+$22000)

Step 4: Do the Robbery in Progress Client Job. (+$30000)

Step 5: Source an Import Export vehicle. (preferably Top Range)

Step 6: Do the Sightseer VIP Work. (+$22000)

Step 7: Do the Data Sweep Client Job. (+$30000)

Step 8: Export the Vehicle imported earlier. (+$80000)

Step 9: Source 3 Special Cargo Crates. (-$18000)

Step 10: Do the Robbery in Progress Client Job. (+$30000)

Step 11: Do the Headhunter VIP Work. (+$22000)
