As BGMI India Series 2021 is drawing close, various eSports organizations have signed their rosters and are grinding hard through various scrims and tournaments. Amidst this, GXR Esports or Galaxy Racerz Esports have withdrawn 3 players from their BGMI roster due to various breaches committed by the players.

Galaxy Racerz Esports, an organization based in UAE recently announced that they are making an entry in the highly popular game Battlegrounds Mobile India by retaining their PUBG Mobile roster. They even took part in different tournaments, one of them being the highly popular Skyesports BGMI Championship 3.0 where they finished at the 18th position by accumulating 123 total points.

The abrupt announcement by GXR Esports has taken not only the fans but also the entire BGMI community by surprise as fans had kept expectations from this team in the upcoming tournaments.

The organization took to their social media handle to announce that they are withdrawing Owais, Roxx and Ultron from their Battlegrounds Mobile India as these players failed to comply with the policies set by the organization. These players, however, will be in contact with Galaxy Racerz but they won’t be allowed to participate in any tournaments as they are no longer an active member of the squad.

The organization posted in an official statement:

"Due to multiple instances of insubordination, unprofessional conduct, breach of contract and failure to comply with Galaxy Racer’s protocols and policies, Galaxy Racer has taken the difficult decision to bench players Roxx, Owais, and Ultron indefinitely, with immediate effect."

The BGMI roster of GXR Esports consisted of the following players:

Roxx (Yogesh Yadav)

Ultron (Hemanth Sethi)

Owais (Mohammad Owais Lakhani)

MJ (Harshit Mahajan)

MaxKash (Akash Anandani)

MJ still remains as an active member of the squad and will continue to play tournaments. MaxKash will be inactive until further notice due to medical conditions. The BGMI team is coached by Pratik “Aurum” Mehra, who joined the team in May 2021.

GXR Esports has been in the limelight lately as their were various rumours that the organization is going to disband all of the players from their BGMI roster, however, the organization ruled out these rumours as baseless. There were also incidents in the management of the organization as the organization claimed that they had issued formal warnings against their management staff due to several allegations against them.

The decision taken by GXR Esports has left the fans surprised as they were eagerly waiting to view the performance of star player Owais and others in the official BGMI tournaments. As the schedule of BGMI India Series 2021 might be released anytime soon, there are high chances that the organization will look for other players who can play alongside MJ.
