Diwali is being celebrated all over the country with great joy. Even the Indian Sport stars have taken to Twitter to extend their Diwali wishes. With everything that has happened, this year’s Diwali will be different.
People are following protocols to avoid the spread of the deadly coronavirus. In many cities, a ban has been imposed on bursting firecrackers due to the poor air quality. The sports fraternity has reminded the fans to keep that in mind while celebrating Diwali with their families.
Virat Kohli urged his fans to not burst firecrackers. He asked them to bring in Diwali by lighting diyas.

Sports stars wish “Happy Diwali”: Suresh Raina wishes the armed forces

Many Diwali wishes being sent out on social media also wished the Indian armed forces.
Suresh Raina has took to Twitter to wish the armed forces a ‘Happy Diwali’. He emphasized how the soldiers stay away from their families to protect the country.
“Sending special Diwali wishes to our soldiers who are away from their families & standing tall in all odd situations to guard us. May this Diwali bring you all lot more strength & happiness,” he said.
