‘He deserved a RED CARD!’ : Mauricio Pochettino believes Kevin De Bruyne should’ve been sent off

Manchester City recorded a comeback win against Paris Saint Germain in the UEFA Champions League semi finals first leg at the Parc Des princes stadium on Wednesday night. It’s an important 2-1 victory for the cityzens who have two away goals in the bag now.
Mauricio Pochettino says Kevin De Bruyne should’ve got a Red Card
Paris Saint Germain had the lead in the first half with the header from Marquinhos. However since the start of the second half, Manchester City looked much more menacing. With two quick goals, tempers started to flare and the Parisians started to make ugly tackles like school kids.
Idrissa Igueyye made a horrible challenge on Ilkay Gundogan which could’ve resulted in a serious injury. Igueyye slided into the back of Gundogan’s Achilles heel and was shown a straight red. Something similar happened when Kevin De Bruyne stepped on a defender. However in this case Kevin De Bruyne was shown only a yellow and PSG player’s surrounded the referee.
“It was an action like De Bruyne, can be yellow, can be red. I’m not going to complain.Only that it’s an action you cannot stick this action with the game. It was an individual action.”
Second half they deserved it, the goals were two accidents. They dominated the second half and created more than us. One half for each. The two goals we feel very disappointed. The first was difficult, the second sometimes happens in the semi-final and that is really painful that it happens in this moment.
